I received some additional information from MDT regarding the right-of-way at this property.

MDT ( originally ) acquired 0.12 acres of property by deed, resulting in the new lot size of 1.38 acres (an additional width of 25' beyond existing R/W was acquired). There will be no impacts outside of MDT's new R/W. Aspen Wood Drive will be reconstructed beyond MDT's R/W, but all work will occur within the existing 60' Sunny Side private road and utility easement. The current property owner may have other details contained within the R/W agreement for any impact the property owner can share.
